Ne-yo


The singer of pop and R & B Ne-Yo, whose name of baptism is Chimère Shaffer Smith, was born in the U.S. state of Arkansas, on October 18, 1982. Ne-Yo released his first album in 2006 entitled "In My Own Words." The album emplacou success with nearly all the fifteen tracks. In Brazil, the singles were "So Sick" and "Sexy Love." In this work, Ne-Yo received the Platinum Disc, debuted in the first position of the Billboard 200 and sold around 300 thousand copies. In 2007, the U.S. launched the second album, calling it "Because of You." Imitating the success of the first, also debuted in first place in the Billboard 200, becoming the second number one album of the singer. Working with the songs "Because of You" and "Crazy", the latter with the participation of Jay-Z, Ne-Yo hit the top of pop up with no difficulties. As evidence of this effect, the disc sold around 250 thousand copies only the first week and over a million and a half in the world today. Also in 2007, Ne-Yo part of the film "Save the Last Dance 2" and "Stomp The Yard." In 2008, she had appearances in the "Las Vegas" and "All My Children." In the second half of this year, launched its third album called "Year of the Gentleman," whose songs work are "Closer," "Miss Independent" and "Mad". Besides singer, Ne-Yo is composer and dancer. Some of his compositions became successful in the voices of singers like Rihanna and Beyoncé. Furthermore, it is often compared to Michael Jackson by choreography that clips in place, and was invited to participate in the new album of the King of Pop.
